The prices are affordable, especially considering the wonderful neighborhood it is located in. The hotel is situated in a pleasant residential area, surrounded by interesting cafes, bookshops, bars, and eateries. The rooms are basic, but they provide all the necessary amenities, such as tea and coffee. I particularly liked the attention to detail in the rooms, like the small windows overlooking a deserted outside passage, which added a touch of charm. The staff at the hotel were friendly and provided good service. Additionally, breakfast was included, which was a nice bonus.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was more than satisfactory.

Very helpfull staff location was excellent for city only 15 minutes to city via riverside walkway.Plenty of lounge areas to read or watch tv and good self catering kitchen facilities.
Rooms could be a little cleaner but if your used to hostels its no real problem.

This hotel in Brisbane offers terrific value for money. It is one of the cheapest options in town, making it perfect for budget travelers. The rooms are comfortable and reasonably clean. The hotel is located in a charming neighborhood, which is just central enough to explore the city easily. It's great that there is ample free parking space available for guests. The hotel has a homey feel, with many repeat and longer-stay guests enjoying their time here. The basic amenities provided, such as the fridge and microwave in the rooms, are very convenient for guests.
All was fine during my stay at this hotel.

The accommodation had a Queensland character. Our room had lovely high ceilings. Even though the reception area was not manned the note and instructions provided a helpful service.

I booked 3-night stay but when I arrived at the hotel, I was told that they did not reserve the room for me. What I could do was either staying one night or going away!!! Where could I go??? I had to stay one-night and found another place to go for the remaining two nights... The only compensation they gave me was to drive me to the train station on the next morning.

Staying near the picturesque river of the city, this lovely accommodation is so convenient, with two City Cat Ferry stops just a short walk away. Exploring the area, you’ll find an endless list of attractions, like the breathtaking Storey bridge just a few moments down the river. The rooms are well-furnished, clean and comfortable, with fresh sheets and towels. Satisfactory Wi-Fi and the outdoor set up make this a perfect place to relax and unwind. Great for all types of travelers!
The place could do with some better lighting, especially in the showers/bathrooms.

A little bit noise between 2 rooms but that's ok

Very clean, with excellent staff. The building itself is beautiful, a 100-year old house located within walking distance but away from the noise of Brisbane's nightlife. There is a very nice kitchen, two patios, and a common living area. My room also had a TV and refrigerator.
The only downside, if there is one, is that the house is quite old so noise can easily carry from nearby rooms.

We loved this hotel for its location by the beautiful Brisbane river, with a City Cat ferry stop right next to it. We also appreciated the cleanliness and the hotel facilities, which included a pool, a kitchen, and lovely outdoor sitting areas. Furthermore, there was a train station within walking distance, which made it easy for us to catch our early flight.
Everything great.

Location, very handy to shops and cafes.
It was really noisy as we were in the room adjacent to the common area and could hear other guests at about 2am.
